Public Accountant and Auditor (UdeG), Master of Business Administration (Itesm), diploma in Marketing (Itesm), public policy (Iteso) and a number of programs in Senior Leadership (Ipade). He was the municipal treasurer in the Guadalajara City Council (2004 - 2006) and Coordinator of Improvement of the Public Foundation (2004) in the same municipal government. He was also the Advisor on finance, strategy and political analysis at the Coordination of Advisors of the government of Jalisco (2001 - 2003).
